Erika is in the coastal village of Zaglav, 30 minutes from Cres town. It is a little place which wakes up in the summer, when people comes here on holidays.
Erika house is surrounded with pine trees and well kept garden in Mediterranean style. It is 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, and only 2km from Martinscica Bay, framed with a string of pebble beaches. There is also a number of excellent restaurants and coffe bars to be found here. There is a supermarket in zaglav also, a good pizzeria, and a restaurant within a 5-10 minutes walk from the house. For evening fun there is a Cres town, with numerous restaurants, and bars arround the harbour.

The island of Cres has the richest vegetation in the Adriatic. In Beli there is a griffon vulture camp, and several hiking paths take you to the world of this protected bird. Also, you will enjoy in visiting the Mediterranean architecture of Lubenice and Valun.

Erika has 2 levels.
On the ground there is a little garden with outdoor furniture in front of the entry into the hall. Here is a shower room/WC with the washing machine; a small,
well equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed plus single bed.
The upper level is reached via outside steps to a spacious covered terrace on one side of the property with built in barbecue and big wooden tables and chairs.





From here there are lovely see views.The main doors opens into conservatory with a dining area with a table for 4, off which is a kitchen to the right and o double bedroom to the left with a sitting area with a satellite TV. A little hall leads to a shower room/WC and a twin bedroom. Doors from the bedrooms open on to balcony that runs along the front of the house with wonderful views.
